RETURN POLICY

ISP RETURN POLICY

All of our products are made to ensure the highest quality is maintained, therefore returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have questions on any products.  Our products are described as accurately as possible and we have listed all of the ingredients on our website.  Please make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing and take the “no refund policy” into consideration before you buy.

Damaged or defective items, we will gladly replace immediately. If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us a detailed note at hello@immortalskinproject.com.au within 7 days of delivery. 

To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available.  We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.  No returns will be granted following the seven days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Please contact us via email prior to sending the items you wish to return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

If the refund is approved, it will then be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We can also offer a store credit where appropriate.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@immortalskinproject.com.au and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
